A bit of Italy is coming to The Noosa Junction

,

New Cosmopolitan Italian hits Noosa, Bombetta.

Just when we thought the Noosa junction was finished popping up new venues think again, Bombetta is coming.

A Noosa restaurateur ‘Paz’ who formally owned the popular Hastings Street bar & Restaurant Gaston has decided sitting round just isn’t for him, so why’ll the glasses are still drying from the closing down party, Paz was busy dreaming up his next big project.

Introducing you to the New Italian Bar, Bombetta.

Bombetta is currently being fitted out day and night, with the finest of materials to build a unique bar, well thought out personal booths and an awesome Drink & Food menu to match, its not going to take long for this new opening to become a local favourite right away!

After owning and operating such a success with Gaston, Paz is full of valuable experience in the industry and know what the Noosa locals want.

With Noosa becoming harder to find a drink after 9pm we are sure just like Gaston, Bombetta will keep the late night drinks going, also the casual vibe and excellent service which gave his last restaurant such success.
